Finance Committee
OBJECTIVES
- The Finance Committee shall be composed of not less than four members and the Treasurer shall serve as chair of this Committee.
- The Committee shall meet with the chairs of the Standing Committees to prepare an annual budget for presentation to the Executive Committee and shall record all income and expenditures.
- The Committee shall review all GPSGA projects and proposals requiring more than $250 of GPSGA moneys and make recommendations to the General Assembly concerning the availability of funds.
- The Committee shall be charged with evaluating Travel, Group, and Mixed Constituency Funds requests, and shall submit their recommendations to the General Assembly for approval.
Finance Committee - Meeting 2
The finance committee shall meet on Friday (11/06) to decide on the travel grants allocation for this quarter.

The finance committee shall be meeting very soon to decide on the travel grants for the first quarter of this academic year. Due to the humongous amount of applications this time, I would need participation from an enthusiastic team to analyze the applications.
