The committee shall review the constitution and by-Laws and draft ammendments to the constitution and/or by-laws when requested or the need arises. The committee shall also be responsible for drafting a new Constiitution and by-laws when deemed necessary.

Other responsibiities associated with this committee include making current copies of the constitution and by-laws available and ensuring that the procedure of election of officers is carried out in a legal and orderly fashion as per the by-laws.
